Furthermore, independent control bodies carry out periodic inspections on the production site and on the products in stock, checking their compliance with the reference specifications. The rigorous analyses to which CENTONZE extra virgin olive oils are subjected certify their absolute purity, authenticity and quality, through sophisticated laboratory equipment and testing.
